Electronic certificates

Careeria uses electronic certificates. You will receive a certificate on your completed studies by e-mail.

The confirmation e-mail will arrive to you as a secure e-mail message.

Here’s how to open an encrypted e-mail and download the file:

  1. Click the Read message button in the e-mail message.

    Note! If you open the message on a mobile phone or tablet, press and hold the “Read message” button and select the Open in browser function from the menu that opens (the name of the function may vary depending on the application).
  2. A window opens for you from which you click the button: Log in with a one-time use code.
  3. A window will open for you where you must enter the code in the Single-use code field.

    You can find the identification code in the incoming messages of the same email where the confirmation message itself arrived. The code is valid for 15 minutes after requesting it
  4. After entering the one-time identification code, press the Continue button below in the same window. After this, the encrypted message will open for you, and you can download the certificate attachment to your device..
  5. To download the file: there is a down arrow to the right of the attachment icon. Click the arrow and select Download from the menu. After downloading, save the certificate in a location of your choice.

    Note! The encrypted message is valid for a limited time only. If the “Read message” link in the email has expired, contact the undersigned or opintotoimisto@careeria.fi. 

If you have to request your electronic certificate again

You can request a certificate copy to replace the lost electronic certificate from the educational institution at opintotoimisto@careeria.fi.

If you want a paper certificate

Careeria has produced degree training and TUVA certificates electronically from September 1, 2022.

If you need to request a paper certificate, it will be printed at the educational institution as an electronically signed and colour printout on white paper without a stamp. The easiest way is to print the certificate yourself.
